About the event

Join us for our RUN STRONG Workshop.

This interactive event will provide you with TIPS & TECHNIQUES on how to become a stronger more efficient runner.

Some of us may be preparing for upcoming running events such as Lane Cove Fun Run along with other events, therefore this would be a great opportunity to find out how to start, continue and elevate your training.

This is a practical workshop for runners of all levels & abilities.

Our very own resident chiropractor Mark has been a competitive athlete since he was 10 and has held age records over 1500m & 3km.

As an adult he has continued running and competing in fun runs over distances from 5km to marathons.

He has also competed in the world Masters Games and finished 11th in the 10km race.

Who better to guide you in the right direction. 🙂
